4. The welding transformer adopts big power at 160KVA every one, which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system.
5. The welded curved fence mesh welding machine can make different mesh size according to your requirement. The line wire space from 50mm to 300mm, And the cross wire space from 50mm to 300mm. The line wire space is adjustable by measure the distance by ruler. The cross wire space is adjustable by set on the touch screen. input the cross wire mesh size and quantity of mesh size. Very easy and convenient to operate.
6. The welded curved fence mesh welding machine is equipped with bending machine can produce 3D fence panel automatically.
7. The bending mahcine will bending the mesh automatically when the fence mesh is under the bending machine. After bending. The pullig mesh car will pull out the fence mesh automatically. Then drop the fence mesh automatically. This is fully automatic complete operation.
8. The bending machine can bend the mesh panel in the beginning, in the middle and at the end. The bending machine is controlled by the control cabinet. Finally. The mesh pulling car will pull out the fence mesh panel automatically.And lands on the collect mesh car automatically.
9. The welded curved fence mesh welding machine need power transformer at least 200KVA to supply machine running. And the distance from the power transformer to the welded curved fence mesh panel welding machine should be less than 100m.
10. The suitable material: galvanized wire, low carbon wire.
